Welcome to this villa in Manetin in the Pilsen region, your ultimate retreat for an unforgettable holiday in enchanting Czechia! Our three-story villa, with breathtaking views of the river and the lush garden, offers a unique blend of style, comfort, and entertainment for an unforgettable vacation experience.
Discover the 7 stylishly furnished bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom and toilet, accommodating up to 28 adults.
In the villa, you'll find 21 fixed beds.
Six bedrooms feature a double bed, and in five bedrooms, comfortable sofa beds for 1-2 persons are available.
In one bedroom, there is a sofa bed for one person.
In the largest bedroom, you'll find 4 single beds on the right and 5 beds built into one large bed structure on the left.
There is also a folding bed in the relaxation area (where the sauna is located). This room serves as an alternative stay for guests who don't mind less comfort in the form of a walk-through room.
The elegant furnishings and amenities in the rooms and bathrooms ensure a luxurious stay.
In total, the 7 bedrooms each have a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and there is also a disabled toilet on the ground floor.
The ground floor is wheelchair-accessible, but the entire villa is unsuitable for disabled guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
With a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils, you have all the conveniences at your disposal.
You can also enjoy worry-free dishwashing with a dishwasher that quickly cleans up the mountains of dishes.
Start your day with a cup of tea. Unfortunately, there is no coffee maker or toaster, but there is an electric coffee grinder.
The ground floor is a lively meeting place, where a professionally equipped kitchen seamlessly transitions into a common area and dining room.

This space can also be used for outdoor events, complete with a garden kitchen including a grill and pizza oven.
A generously designed sauna with indoor and discreet outdoor baths provides a unique experience.
There is also a mobile outdoor sauna with direct access to the Střela River available for guests.
Additionally, it provides access to a lawn for ball sports, a children's slide, sandbox, table tennis, hammocks, slackline, large fireplace, tipi, and other attractions and outdoor games for both children and adults. An extraordinary connection with nature is also possible by staying in the luxurious maringotka (tiny house on wheels), located in the garden.
It expands the villa's capacity with 3 beds, bringing the total capacity to 35 guests.
Here, stylish furnishings, a kitchenette, and a small bathroom with a toilet are also provided.
The so-called Maringotka in the garden is a kind of tiny house on wheels for 3 people, which can be booked for an additional fee. Good to know is that there are 9 parking spaces, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed, and the plot is NOT fenced.
