The property is located in the Città Studi district, a lively and young area thanks to the presence of the Politecnico di Milano and the Università Statale, both within walking distance from the apartment. The “Lambrate” (M2) metro stop is only a 6-minute walk away.
The flat has a living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.
The 64 sqm flat is located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift: you have to climb the stairs to access it.
The space is organised as follows
- LIVING ROOM with a fold-out sofa bed, dining table, TV, and access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, , kettle, moka, , cooking utensils ;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, and access to the balcony;
