Cozy apartment of about 70 square meters, perfect for 4 people, located on the first floor of a period building (NO elevator).
The property is located in the Prati district, in one of the areas most loved by citizens, full of services and well connected to the center of Rome. A few steps away you can reach the Vatican City, with its iconic places such as St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums.

- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the bedroom and living room), central heating, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE
- The property does NOT have a lift; there are steps to climb to access the apartment.
- The accommodation is equipped with an 80L electric boiler located in the bathroom.
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.
In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.
Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Looks just like the photos but nothing particularly memorable. The main downside for me was the bedroom facing the street, which was quite noisy. The old wooden windows don’t provide much sound insulation, so it felt almost like sleeping outside and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

bel appartement près du VATICAN dans immeuble calme.
domage que les fenêtres soient très vieilles et pas de qualité suffisante pour nous preserver du bruit important et continuel de la rue. Nous avons été obligé de dormir dans le salon sur le canapé, coté cour, car dans la chambre coté rue c'était insupportable.

Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich schön, allerdings fehlte für die große Bettdecke ein Bettüberzug. Da die Decke durch Flecken verunreinigt war, konnten wir sie daher nicht benutzen.
