The harbor and the Bodden hiking trail are approx. 150 m away.
In the town center of Ribnitz you will find all stores for daily life.
The shopping street of Ribnitz and even the train station are within walking distance.
Ribnitz is known as an amber town: the amber museum is particularly recommended.
There is also an amber foam factory in Damgarten.
There are numerous hiking and cycling trails, e.g. to the Baltic Sea beach, the Fischland-DarÃ-Zingst peninsula and the Recknitz valley.
The Bodden hiking trail takes you to Fischland and Darà as well as Damgarten and the mainland towards Barth.
Ribnitz and Barth are old Hanseatic towns. The historic fisherman's cottage is small and has a total of 58 m2 on 2 floors.
On the first floor there is a hallway and the stairs to the 2nd floor.
This is quite narrow and steep and therefore not suitable for people with disabilities.
On the first floor there is also a large room with a fully equipped kitchen (incl. stove and dishwasher), living and dining area.
Attached to the house with access from the dining area is the bathroom with washing machine.
On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms with two 90 cm wide beds in the front room and a 160 cm wide sofa bed in the back room.
Between the two rooms there is a laundry room with toilet, washbasin and access to the roof terrace (facing west), which is located above the bathroom.
Overall, the cottage is suitable for a family with children or for 2 couples.

Die Lage und die Möglichkeit, mit dem Fahrrad schnell die Gegend zu erkunden
Das Sofa und der Sessel im EG sollten umbedingt einer gründliche Reinigung unterzogen werden. Die Bezüge sind unangenehm schmutzig und befleckt.
Das „Doppelbett“ war viel zu niedrig
und für Senioren nur mit Mühe zu benutzen.
Leider haben wir den Urlaub vorzeitig beendet.
