We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. There is paid on-street parking next to the house for 2 hours between 8:30 am-6:30 pm Mon-Fri and 8:30 am-1:30 pm Saturday. The property is well situated to get you around London.
By tube, Farringdon mainline (National rail) or underground (Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines) and Barbican underground station (Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines), all within a 10-minute walk Otherwise, several bus stops near the property can take you around London and the city.
Uber and taxis are also readily available in London. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Located in the heart of Clerkenwell, the area is close to a number of attractions, including The Postal Museum and the Barbican Centre.
The area is also home to a number of trendy bars and restaurants, making it the perfect place to spend an evening out. The flat is light and spacious, with large windows throughout and would be an excellent base for your trip! The kitchen has all the mod cons you would expect, and there is a dining table for evenings. The living area is spacious, with a large, comfortable sofa bed and workspace.
Please note that the sofa bed is smaller than a standard double bed, but it is still a double sofa bed. Sofa bed dimension - sleeps 1 person.
Bed size (approx) W:138 cm by L:188 cm We hope you'll get a great night's sleep in our king-size bed in the main bedroom and use the towels and toiletries provided in the large bathroom. We are happy for you to bring pets along with you, but there is no outside space attached to the flat, so don't advise bringing large pets that need a lot of room.

If you're looking to cook while staying at the flat, there is a Tesco Express and Waitrose within 5 minutes walk. If you're looking to eat out, there are several cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the flat. Some of our favourites include Clerkenwell Grind for great coffee and Polpo Smithfield for fantastic Italian food and wine.
Other points of interest in the area include the nearby Barbican Centre, which has regular shows and events ranging from art to cinema and theatre. Bustling Shoreditch is a 20-minute walk away, while the flat also provides easy access to hotspots such as St Paul's Cathedral.

Clean and very pleasant flat, loved the big windows. A little noisy by nature of the type of building / thin walls but not really much of an issue at all and makes up for it by really useful, walkable location. Also a big bonus having a lift - incredibly rare for the area! Very nicely decorated and equipped for a short stay.

Such a great location. You'll appreciate the universality of Farrington station and the #55 bus. The combination of both rooms was plenty big for two travellers and there is great light from the big windows.

This is a really fabulous apartment in Clerkenwell. It is exactly as the pictures show - spacious and light-filled. It's in an area of town with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the Tube/buses/trains. The kitchen had everything we needed (and then some!). The one inconvenience is getting and returning the keys from/to a convenience store a 5 min walk away. The key video was helpful.
