We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. My home is easily accessible by public transport.
You'll find multiple train stations all within walking distance. - Old Street (Line: Great Northern, Northern) = 10-mins walk - Hoxton (Line: Overground) = 12-mins walk - Shoreditch High Street (Line: Overground) = 15-mins walk Heathrow Airport is 1-hour drive from the apartment. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Situated within Hoffman Square, it was originally built as a Haberdashery and was converted into a lovely communal area at the turn of the millennium. The gated community has been described as an oasis in the heart of Hoxton, with its beautiful Georgian Architecture, tree-lined streets, well-kept tennis court, limitless options of trendy eateries, and more.
