We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Essex Road, is just an 11-minute walk. Heathrow Airport is 59 minutes by train or 1h29 minutes by car from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The flat was as described: bright, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Located in a pleasant neighbourhood with local shops, the flat offers easy access to central London thanks to the two bus routes that stop right outside the building.
Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. We had a very pleasant stay in this accommodation.

Reasonably priced flat in a great location. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. The key collection was very easy. The only thing that could have been more convenient is if a parking permit was available. We payed to park on someone’s driveway and it was a bit of a trek. There was so much parking available close to the flat, that would have been ideal.

: Cosy, familiar and clean. Everything you need to spend a few days.
The heater is difficult to use and the instructions are not very efficient. The one in the second bedroom didn't seem to work.
