Perfect for families or friends, this characterful retreat offers original features, family-friendly facilities, off-road parking for two cars, and welcomes one well-behaved dog. Enjoy proximity to stunning beaches, Nefyn Golf Course, and the Welsh Coastal Path.
Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious country-style kitchen, fully equipped to cater to all your culinary needs throughout your stay.
Make use of the AGA in your rural retreat to whip up a feast with the dishwasher available to clean up the empty plates left behind.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a handy utility room housing a microwave and washing machine, perfect for those longer stays.
The dining room, with seating for eight guests, provides a wonderful space for enjoying meals together, while the sitting room invites you to relax and unwind, boasting a woodburning stove and Smart TV for your entertainment.
The property offers four beautifully presented bedrooms, ensuring a flexible sleeping arrangement for all. Bryn Tirion is a house consisting of a kitchen with AGA, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, a utility room with microwave and washing machine, a dining room with seating for eight guests, a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV, and a snug with TV and Juliet balcony. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with en-suite showers, a double, and a twin serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog is allowed. Sorry, no smoking.
