## Space
You'll love its location close to the coast and its ideal south-facing position, so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long on the terrace around the barbecue, on the sun loungers or in the garden.
The town of Larmor-Plage is just 900 m away, with all amenities, including a bakery, butcher, wine shop, cheesemonger, florist and a wonderful Sunday morning market.
This bright 175 m2 house can accommodate up to 10 people (5 bedrooms).

- Bedroom 5 with double bed 180, dressing area and custom-made desk.
