The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A utility room On the first floor: - A 70 m² living room with a television and a fireplace (firewood provided) - A fully fitted kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, commercial dishwasher, gas hob On the second floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and balcony - Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (160×200), plus a single bed on the mezzanine. - Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with bath, shower and toilet - A shower room - A separate toilet Additional facilities available: Barbecue, plancha, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, high chair, cot, iron and ironing board. Outdoor facilities: - A Norwegian hot tub for 6 people, available all year round (35 euros extra for use) - A 400 m² enclosed garden - A 20 m² terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days For even greater comfort, linen is provided and your beds will be made up on your arrival.
