The location is strategic, in an area full of services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets.
Ideal for spending moments of relaxation, trekking or walking on the shores of the lake. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.

- BEDROOM II with single bed, wardrobe, chair and desk and split A/C;

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Perugia Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22md to April 7th
Check-in is self-service. Assistance is available until 11:00 PM.
Passignano sul Trasimeno is a charming village that stands on the shores of the lake of the same name, rich in history dating back to the Etruscan and Roman periods. From the lakeside you can reach the historic center via the narrow streets that climb up a hill until you reach the Rocca, the highest point of the village that offers a breathtaking view of the lake. The location is also ideal for visiting the beautiful neighboring towns: Monte del Lago, Castiglione del Lago with the suggestive Palazzo della Corgna, Panicale, Paciano, just to name a few. Cortona and Montepulciano are also easily reachable, as well as Perugia and Assisi, located a short distance away.

Do 5 stelle per comunicazione e pulizia. Purtroppo l’appartamento è molto datato ed a mia opinione servirebbe una revisione dei mobili (il letto!!!), un rifacimento del bagno e degli impianti elettrici (a volte le luci non si accendevano al primo colpo). In generale mi sembra un prezzo abbastanza alto per un locale del genere, soprattutto in bassa stagione.

In een appartementsgebouw hoor je de buren al wel eens, maar dat hebben we er graag bij genomen. Verder alleen maar positief!
