The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 67 m² flat for rent in Cergy, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room.
Wi-Fi and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 19 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area - An open-plan kitchen, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and hobs... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a pull-out bed (sleeps 2) - A shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a cot, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - An 8 m² west-facing terrace to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Cergy, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: The property enjoys a strategic location in Cergy, which offers a wealth of cultural, sporting and outdoor activities, all within walking distance or just a few minutes’ journey by public transport. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park (one private space). L'appartement est très spacieux, très propre et très bien situé (5min à pied de la patinoire). Il y a une place de parking réservée ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons été également très bien accueillis.
