Ideal for a couple or a small family, it offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, while being close to shops, restaurants and services. REF: 170 Guests have access to the entire studio. Located on the 1st floor of a secure residence without lift. "• Non-smoking accommodation • Pets not allowed • No private parking (public car parks nearby) • Baby equipment available on request • Please respect the building’s house rules • Not accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM) • Cleaning is included Security deposit required • Security deposit required • A security deposit will be required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation from 150 EUR depending on the property. • You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in • This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit • If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property" ----- Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay.
