Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Brito Capelo, is just a 1-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.Guests will have access to the entire home!This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This fully furnished studio in Matosinhos offers a comfortable stay with tasteful decor and all essential amenities.

We are pleasantly surprised by the professionalism. The kitchen has everything you need. There was bottled drinking water, coffee capsules, tea, cleaning supplies, even spices. Laundry capsules. Everything worked. Close to the underground, buses and the ocean. Fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Very clean Apartament, with everything you need! The best surprise was that it no longer has a couch-bed, but an actual bed thats very confortable and spacious! Its on the first floor of a condominium and we heard no noise. Also felt very safe and central!
