The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift (a few steps to reach it), located in the Lambrate district of Milan!
The surrounding neighborhood is lively and full of life, with shops, cafes and services that make it easy and convenient to live or visit. It is an area that combines an urban atmosphere with residential spaces, perfect for those looking for a dynamic but also quiet environment.
The accommodation is equipped with all the main comforts!
The 45m2 accommodation is internally organized as follows
-LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, split AC, dining table, kitchenette with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle. Access to the balcony
-BEDROOM with double bed, small TV, wardrobe and split AC. Access to the second balcony.
-BATHROOM with bidet, shower, washing machine
Additional services available to guests: WIFI, independent heating, iron and ironing board, hairdryer
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April.
N.B. completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 10 pm.
In this structure check-in is carried out in automated access mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.
- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the flat by taking bus 973 to Stazione Forlanini. From there take the R34 train and get off at Lambrate Station, which is 11 minutes away from the apartment.
- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the flat by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milano Cadorna Station, from where you can take the underground (M2) to Lambrate Station, 11 minutes from the flat.
- From Stazione Centrale, you can reach the flat by taking the M2 metro line to Lambrate.
- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included: however it is possible to park for free on the street near the apartment (not guaranteed)
