Charming accommodation of about 90 sqm, perfect for 3 people, located on the ground floor of a Campidanese house, a traditional home typical of southern Sardinia.
The property is located in Muravera, a charming village in the province of South Sardinia, in a well-served and quiet area.
The splendid beaches and the main attractions of the area are easily reachable in a few minutes by car. In addition to the internal spaces, the flat has a garden with veranda, swimming pool and parking space! National Code: IT111042C2000T7536 IUN Code: T7536 The space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, and Smart TV (with Netflix and Disney Plus available); - KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven with microwave option, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet and bidet; - VERANDA with dining table and outdoor armchairs; - GARDEN with POOL (300x200 cm, 70 cm high), sun loungers, BBQ and OUTDOOR KITCHEN (gas hob, sink and other kitchen utensils). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, hot/cold air conditioning (split in the bedroom), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer. This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Aloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation. In this structure, check-in is carried out in self check-in mode.

Wij hebben afval zo goed mogelijk gescheiden maar er was geen duidelijke beschrijving waar wat in moest). We hebben het bed opgemaakt en de keuken schoongemaakt. Er werd achteraf gezegd dat wij olie op de kookplaat hadden laten liggen, maar wij hebben alleen geprobeerd bouillon op te warmen terwijl...

This is such a beautiful house, it is a traditional Campidanese style building and has a private garden and swimming pool. It is in a perfect location, walkable to lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and bars, and a short drive away from spectacular beaches and hikes. You can cook, relax in the garden...
