The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 96 m² flat in Bourges for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Located on the 5th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and two shower rooms (with showers). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 20 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area
– A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, air fryer…
– Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 & 4: each with a double bed (140x190), a small desk and a walk-in wardrobe
– Bathrooms 1 & 2: each with a shower
– A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fans
Outside:
– A balcony of approximately 3 m² facing west/south-west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in Bourges, on a very quiet, residential street.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: – Bourges Cathedral. – Natural History Museum. – Estève Museum: a magnificent setting for the collection of works by the painter Maurice Estève. – Regular concerts at the conservatoire (free or inexpensive). – Maison de la Culture: shows and arthouse cinema. – Garden tours: the Jardins des Prés Fichaux and the Archbishop’s Garden with its magnificent rosebushes. – Water sports centre accessible by free bus or a 10-minute drive. – Multi-sports stadium just below the flat. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Free Agglobus bus service to the city centre. – Bourges railway station is 25 minutes away by public transport and 9 minutes by car. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a partner concierge service. Other notes: – Ceiling fans in the dining room and in one bedroom – Floor fans in each of the three other bedrooms – Bed linen and towels included. – Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; one pet only (cat or dog). L’appartement est très bien situé.
Nous l’avons eu un peu plus tard que prévu car le ménage a pris plus de temps que prévu suite au départ des précédents voyageurs qui avaient laissé beaucoup de bazar.
Hormis une chambre qui sentait le tabac l’appartement était impeccable.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour

Appartement d’une propreté impeccable, pratique, très cosy et excellemment situé pour la vie de famille, à savoir proche du centre-ville et au-dessus d’un stade accessible toute la journée, idéal pour les enfants que l’on peut surveiller depuis la fenêtre !
Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue, toujours des places disponibles.
Je recommande vivement et reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend en famille dans cet appartement spacieux et bien équipé. L'emplacement près du centre ville permet d'y accéder à pied en quelques minutes. L'accueil par la personne de la conciergerie est très convivial il nous a donné pas mal de conseils sur les balades à faire à partir de l'appartement et sur place il y a pas mal de documents pour découvrir la ville.
