Pippins consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, slimline dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a dining area with seating for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV, books and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a child’s bunk bed, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over and basin. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with a picnic bench and ample off-road parking. Within 1.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. What a beautiful place to stay in the lakes. The cottage was immaculate, thoughtfully designed and with everything we needed for our stay. The location is just perfect. It would have been better to have the shower working. There also should be separate bins for Pippens and Orchard Cottage as when we arrived at our property the bin was already overflowing, it was emptied on Wednesday morning and was full again on Thursday morning with rubbish from Orchard Cottage.

The shower was basically unusable as there was no control of the temperature despite it being reported by previous guests months before and being over the bath only a child can stand underneath it.
