It measures 38 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a shower room. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living area with a sofa, TV and sleeping area featuring a double sofa bed - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a double bed - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed - A shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a washing machine, a plancha, and an ironing board. Outdoors: - A 5m² south-facing balcony, with furniture to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Villarembert, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Things to do: - Relax by the pool or catch a film at the cinema just a stone’s throw from the residence. - Explore the mountain bike trails or hire an e-bike to discover the mountains in a different way. - Have some fun in La Toussuire with bowling, the lake and the resort’s entertainment. - Take a trip to Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne to discover its aquatic centre, shops and the Opinel Museum. - Set off to explore the great Alpine passes, such as the Croix de Fer, for breathtaking views. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the residence’s private car park (one private space, subject to snow conditions). Other free car parks are also available just a few metres away. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint Jean de Maurienne, a 30-minute drive away Other notes: - The owners’ association is currently carrying out work on the exterior of the Les Pistes residence (facades, insulation, cladding, etc.). This work may cause occasional disruption. - Access to the residence’s Wi-Fi network is available at an additional cost - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (bookable and payable directly to our local partner). Bonjour,
Très bon séjour, le logement était propre et spacieux. Le seul bémol selon moi est la literie qui je trouve était un peu trop vieillissante et de ce fait inconfortable.
Autrement tout c'est bien passé avec Cocoonr, nous avons trouvé les clés dans la boîte à clé à notre arrivée, et au retour nous les avons remis aussi dans sa boîte car nous devions repartir un peu plus tôt que prévu.

Appartement super équipé de façon qualitative. Un exemple? Le mobilier sur la terrasse. Les autres appartements étaient équipés de tables en plastique dont certaines étaient cassées. Ici une magnifique table en aluminium et verre. Pour pendre manteaux, linge, faire sécher etc des millions d'endroits...
Appartement met perfecte ligging en leuk terras.
