Appliances include an electric range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two Smart TVs, Xbox, a selection of books and games, and three woodburning stoves. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, three doubles, a family room with king-size and single, a family room with king-size and bunk, a family room with two bunks and a single, and a bunk room, seven of which have en-suite bath or shower rooms, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is a large, multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and a barbecue, along with a private driveway. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. We’ve just returned from the most wonderful stay at Fron Dderw. Beautiful rambling house, full of character and charm. We all loved it . Comfortable beds, lots of space for all the generations. Fine place for our family break. We had a great stay. Whole place is tired though, exterior and interior need work and decoration. Shower missing hose and head. One towel not fit for purpose. Fault with heating system - sitting room was cold. All this reported on first day to Sykes in chat.
