The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the apartment — featuring a grey sofa, a dining table for up to 6, and a 4K Smart TV with Netflix.
Large windows bring in natural light throughout the day. Step onto the balcony and enjoy 16m² of private outdoor space with the Alps on the horizon and Lucerne’s rooftops below. The Balcony This is what guests talk about most.
Running the full width of the apartment, the 16m² balcony has seating for 4 and unobstructed views of the snow-capped Alps.
Best enjoyed at sunrise with a Dolce Gusto coffee in hand. Bedrooms Two separate bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the apartment, with the living area in between — a layout that provides added privacy for couples and families.
Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and a double sofa bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds placed together.
All beds are fitted with hotel-grade linens and window shutters to block out light. Kitchen Fully equipped for self-catering: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a Dolce Gusto coffee system with capsules provided.
There’s enough counter space to cook a proper meal.
A bakery one minute away is perfect for an easy breakfast. Bathroom One full bathroom with a walk-in shower, frequently highlighted in guest reviews.
Hot water is reliable with good pressure throughout the day. For Groups A sofa bed in the living area accommodates a 5th guest.
Shared building laundry (washer and dryer) is available — ideal for stays of 3 nights or more.
A schedule applies; your host will share details upon arrival. Lucerne’s Old Town, Kapellbrücke, the lake, and the SBB station are all within about a 10-minute walk.

This can be done easily upfront on the PC. As this apartment is in a residentual area with neighbors, quiet times are needed after 10 PM at night (room level noise after that time). Therefor we have a noise alert device installed that notifies the host in case it should get too loud. At street level, Aldi and Coop are both within a 3–5 minute walk, along with an Asian grocery next door. A bakery one minute away is an easy first stop in the morning. Multiple restaurants and cafés are within a 2–3 minute walk.
For day trips: Rigi and Pilatus by cogwheel or cable car; Interlaken by SBB (approx. 2 hours); Zürich by direct train (about 45 minutes).

Great location but no parking in front so drivers stop around the corner. Coop supermarket is down the block. Easy walk to restaurants. Walkable to train station. The unit is clean. We stayed when temps were in 30s F. We were cold at night. Washer/dryer in building you can reserve time to use. Great view of the mountains. 6th floor unit with elevators. Owner is easy to communicate with.

The apartment was very clean and well located in an area within easy walking around town. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and less to many restaurants. Very safe area and the outdoor balcony was very nice in the evenings. It is a fairly quiet street at night as we slept with the windows slightly open without any issues. A great place to stay.

Nice condo on top floor of building with good views and easy walk to restaurants and groceries.Could use more frying pans and both bedrooms should have mirrors, but otherwise great. Very clean and well maintained. Wonderful balcony.
