The Saltbox Barn lodge has one double bedroom with en suite shower room, and a sofa bed in living area to accommodate two children (under10), or booked by two families/couples who wish to holiday together but separately! If both units are required, two separate bookings must be made.
The interconnecting lockable corridor between the detached lodges provides you with all the joys of a Saltbox Barn, doubled! This means two kitchens, lounges, bathrooms and hot tubs.
Allowing time spent together or the opportunity for space and privacy if needed.
Each Saltbox Barn Lodge has is own fully enclosed private patio area boasting outdoor seating, a fire pit which doubles up as a BBQ and a raised decking area which leads into the modern sleek lodge.
A private decking area behind each lodge accommodates the hot tub with an unspoilt view of sloped quiet fields to watch the wildlife! Images are representative and may not be the specific accommodation assigned on booking.. Pets Dogs must be declared at time of booking, dogs not declared will not be accepted. Arrival Information Please note the latest time for arrival is 7pm, if you are going to arrive later than 7pm please contact the park directly to let them know and arrange late check in. Facilities There is free Wi-Fi access around the facilities.
Wi-Fi is then charged £10 per accommodation. Disposable BBQs permitted on site but only with a portable BBQ stand which can be borrowed from reception with a £20 security deposit. The Prosecco Pamper pack includes Prosecco, chocolates and flowers. Any and all booking are conditional upon you and your guest compliance with general rules of good conduct and behaviour.
Consequently you agree that you and your guests shall not:- I. Smoke within the lodges or Manor House, Games room or Play area; II. Tamper with any fire alarms, boilers or emergency equipment; III. Remove, damage or destroy any lodge property, decking or public area, (including damage to Hot Tub lids); IV. Cause nuisance (including noise), annoyance, or offence to the park staff or our other guests. V. Pets are not permitted to be left unattended in lodges.
No fouling on the decking.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Pet owners/guardians may be responsible for any additional cost to the sum of £200 (security deposit) for deep-cleaning, repair and replacement of damaged facilities.
Pets must be declared and allocated into pet friendly units.
Dogs MUST be kept on leads at all times. VI. Park or drive vehicles on grassed areas. The park reserves the right to retain the security deposit to cover damage, additional cleaning or loss sustained. The park have come to the decision not to put up Christmas Tree’s and decorations this year in our lodges, due to the current situation.
Please feel free to bring your own tree and decorations, but these must be removed by guests when they depart. Lodges will be decorated for Christmas. Lodge had everything we needed and more. Dishwasher and washing machine a bonus. Kitchen had everything and more but If I had one tiny tiny tiny thing - a chopping board would have been good 😊
