Welcome to a spacious and stylish villa just 250 meters from the sea. Here you’ll stay in a bright and modern home with a fantastic sea view, generous living areas, and a large terrace wrapping around three sides of the house.
Perfect for large families or groups looking for plenty of space both indoors and outdoors.
The villa features four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with large windows that let in the glittering light from the sea. From here, you can step out onto the large terrace with both a gas grill and a pizza oven – ideal for long summer evenings.
The ground floor offers an additional bedroom, a laundry room, and another bathroom.
The house is well-equipped with Wi-Fi, Apple TV, and space for up to eight guests.
The view, the proximity to the sea, and the spacious layout make this house a perfect base for both relaxation and social gatherings. Please note: On the ground floor, there is a small separate apartment where one person lives permanently.
The apartment has its own entrance, and your privacy is fully respected. Things to Do in Svanesund and the Surroundings Svanesund is a charming seaside village on the east coast of Orust.
There’s a shallow sandy beach with a playground, diving tower, and jetty for crab fishing – a true paradise for families with children.
