The 80m² living space is spread over three floors, connected by a spiral staircase.
The ground floor houses the bathroom with shower and toilet.
The kitchen, another toilet, and the living room are on the first floor.
The living room itself can also be reached via the balcony with access stairs.
From here, you have a magnificent view of the valley and, in good weather in summer, a guaranteed sunset.
