The grounds are adorned with terraces and statues, including a sitting room at the front of the property overlooking the typical Charolais bocage landscape. You'll be combining a page of history with a region rich in châteaux, museums, gastronomy and wine estates.

The single-storey accommodation comprises - A 56 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area - Country-style kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) "Asiatic Room": all our beds are 200 cm long and hotel quality for greater comfort. - Bedroom 2: two single beds in the Panama Room - Bedroom 3: two single beds in the Silver Room - An office ideal for teleworking - A bathroom with bath - A shower room - Separate WC - A utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a large freezer with drawers. For added convenience, each bedroom has a large dressing room with plenty of storage space, a luggage rack and a television. There is electric inertia heating.
The house is well insulated, with natural air conditioning in summer. A cot and high chair.... are available. Outside: - A beautiful, enclosed, private garden of 1,880 m² in a peaceful setting. - The villa has four terraces to the front and rear.
