Fluta is a detached bungalow set in a quiet residential area of Seaton, Devon, just a short walk from the seafront.
Arranged entirely on one level, the property has been extended and recently furnished, offering bright, easy living along with lovely sea views.
The entrance hallway leads through to the main living space, a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for chilling out together.
Large doors open onto the rear terrace, where you can enjoy sea views.
Steps lead down to the remaining garden, which is laid mainly to lawn with mature trees and established planting, providing a pleasant outdoor space to relax in good weather.
There are three bedrooms, making Fluta well-suited to families or small groups.
The main bedroom is a generously sized king-size room with sea views and a small seating area.
The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the third bedroom is a twin, ideal for children or guests.
The bathroom is modern and practical, with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. Outside, Fluta benefits from off-road parking for two cars and a garden that wraps around the property.
Seafield Gardens and the seafront are just a couple of minutes’ walk away, making it easy to head out for a stroll, visit the beach or enjoy a coffee along the promenade without needing the car. The property’s name comes from Saxon times, when Seaton was known as Fluta or Fleet, meaning “creek”, reflecting the area’s long connection with the coast.
From here, it’s easy to explore the wider area, with coastal walking along the South West Coast Path, trips to the Jurassic Coast, and peaceful trails through Seaton Wetlands all close at hand.
Nearby Beer is well worth a visit, a traditional fishing village with a shingle beach, working boats, independent shops and cafés, and a lovely, unspoilt feel.
Its compact size makes it ideal for an afternoon visit, whether for lunch by the beach or a gentle coastal walk. Fluta offers a comfortable, well-located place to stay, with the accommodation on one level, sea views, and easy access to both the town and the surrounding coastline.

We have loved our stay here, properly had enough space for 6 guests and nicely laid out. Facilities very excellent and felt very private, with a nice view and garden all around. Would stay again.
