A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 4 burner gas hob) with central island, all overlooking a terrace of 8m² facing south-west with magnificent view over the gardens over the sea. A bedroom with a double bed in 140cm and a balcony of 2m². The 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds in 90cm and 2 extra beds in 90cm. A bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine and a separate toilet.
Furnished and equipped for 6 people. 100m from the seaquarium and 800m from the main street of the city centre.
Many activities are offered to you at the grau of the king and its surroundings. OPTIONAL BENEFITS: - Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases) - Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases) - Towel kit: 7€ / Person Bed linen must be reserved in advance through the agency. - Household: 80€ P3 (Free of pet hair) two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment. The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.

Situation et vue excellentes.Dans l'annonce, il est précisé Climatisation sans indiquer que seul le séjour est climatisé et non les chambres. Les volets des chambres laissent passer la lumière, il faudrait donc des rideaux occultants. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de WIFI.Télévision très petite mais surtout bien trop haute (1m 80- 2m).
