Spacious and modern 75 square meters apartment, perfect for six people, located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator (NOT accessible to guests with disabilities). The property is located in a quiet area, allowing our guests to explore the city while staying away from the chaos of central Milan.
Large green spaces are available in the nearby Lambrate neighborhood.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a large terrace, and two bathrooms.

We are unable to check in after 11pm. The Via Sbodio area is located in the northeast part of Milan, in a quiet residential neighborhood popular with locals.
It's a less touristy area, making it ideal for those seeking a practical and relaxed stay, away from the chaos of the city center.
Via Sbodio is well-connected to the urban fabric thanks to its proximity to Viale Monza and neighborhoods like Lambrate and NoLo, which offer bars, casual restaurants, shops, and a youthful, multicultural social scene.
Transportation is excellent: nearby are stops on the M1 metro line (red line) and several bus and tram lines, allowing quick access to the historic center.
Main distances: - Sforza Castle: 36 minutes by public transportation; - Duomo: 38 minutes by public transportation; - Pinacoteca di Brera: 39 minutes by public transportation; - Last Supper: 42 minutes by public transportation; - Arco della Pace: 46 minutes by public transportation. - Lo Stuzzichino di Mare (restaurant): 6 minutes on foot; - CLANDESTINO non esiste (bar): 6 minutes on foot; - LIDL (supermarket): 7 minutes on foot. - From Milan Linate Airport, the apartment can be reached in about 27 minutes via the M4 metro to Argonne, where you can take bus 54 to Via Pitteri/Via Oslavia, 180 meters from the property. - From Milan Malpensa Airport, the apartment can be reached in about an hour via the Terravision shuttle to Milano Centrale, where you can take the regional train to Lambrate, 1 km from the property.
Alternatively, a car/taxi will take about an hour depending on traffic (60 km). - From Milan Central Station, the apartment can be reached in about 20 minutes via the regional train to Lambrate, 1 km from the property. - If you're traveling by car, the property does not have parking, but free or paid parking is available nearby (NOT guaranteed).
