Located on the second floor of a building in a residential area and overlooking the Salento countryside, the Borgagne Apartment is a solution with well-furnished and cozy rooms.
The entrance is in the living-dining room, in which there is an open kitchen, dining room, 1 double sofa bed. From here you exit to the balcony of the living area, furnished with a small table and chairs.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the countryside, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, 1 full shower room and a storage room.

The apartment is located on the quiet road leading from the small village of Borgagne to the nearby sea of Melendugno: Torre Sant`Andrea the destination at a shorter distance, about 5 km away, and again San Foca about 6 km, Torre dell`Orso 7 km and Roca Vecchia 10 km away.
Borgagne is an authentic Salento village, nestled among centuries-old olive groves and peaceful countryside, where you can still breathe in the slow and genuine rhythm of Apulian life.
Its narrow streets, stone houses and cosy little squares tell the story of an area rich in traditions, local gastronomy and sincere hospitality: the ideal choice for those who want authenticity, tranquility and crystal clear sea just minutes away The location is also strategic for exploring the whole Grecìa Salentina and wonderful historic cities such as Lecce and Otranto. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning just in the living area.
