Tuin van Keet - 17 is a cabin for 4 people in Oud Ade. The cabin is cosy and practical, with air conditioning for hot days.
The Tiny House is situated in the small-scale park De Tuin van Keet, in a green and water-rich part of the Randstad. Park in the rear of the park in spaces numbered 9 to 40, next to the cottage number.
There are also visitor parking spaces at the rear of the park, near the woods.
The spaces next to the homes are for loading and unloading only.
You can store bikes at the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed.
For all details about arrival and access, check your Boarding Pass. Head out on the water: rent a sloep at Sloepverhuur Warmond, cruise the Kagerplassen and moor at Kaag for lunch at Tante Kee. With the Buitenkaag–Kaag ferry it’s easy to make a cycling loop. Plan an afternoon in Leiden.
At Naturalis Biodiversity Center you’ll come face to face with T. rex Trix, then walk via the Pieterskwartier to the Saturday market on the Nieuwe Rijn for fresh kibbeling and great cheese. With kids, Vogelpark Avifauna in Alphen aan den Rijn makes a lovely day. Catch the feeding talks and let them loose in the big playground; in season there’s also a boat tour with Rederij Avifauna. Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00. Pets: Not allowed.

It’s a water-rich region with lakes, canals and polders.
From here, you can take to the water at the Kagerplassen or the Braassemermeer, ideal for sailing, stand-up paddleboarding or a trip in a sloop.
Prefer to stay on dry land? Then walk or cycle along quiet dykes and polder roads towards Warmond and Kaageiland.
Katwijk beach is a 20-minute drive away. Places worth visiting include Leiden with its historic centre, around 8 km away.
Warmond is approximately 4 km away, Kaageiland 6 km and Roelofarendsveen about 7 km. The cabin feels light and relaxed, with a peaceful atmosphere where you’ll quickly feel at home. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, freezer, crockery and kitchen utensils.
The dining table is right next to it, making it easy to combine cooking and dining. There are three bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed and storage space.
There is also a bedroom with bunk beds and a loft above it, suitable as a sleeping area for a child.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and a cot and high chair are available for the little ones. The property has one bathroom; towels are included.

The park is largely completed and already offers a wonderful place to relax, surrounded by nature.

During your stay, feel free to enjoy the park’s shared facilities, including the communal space, natural playground, panna field, fire pit, BBQ area, vegetable garden, and picking garden.
This way, you can fully experience the outdoor lifestyle and relaxed atmosphere of Tuin van Keet.
