The apartment accommodates up to 6 people and is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: • A spacious and bright living room, featuring two comfortable sofas and a smart TV. As the central living area of the apartment, it offers a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. A dining area connects the living room to the kitchen and features a table that seats 6 people • A fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cutlery.
A central island completes the space, perfect for enjoying aperitifs or breakfast • A laundry room, near the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine and ironing supplies, as well as a clothesline, to make doing laundry easier throughout your stay On the first floor: • A master bedroom featuring a queen-size bed (160 x 200), a spacious walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, and a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea, • A second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and storage space • A third bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and storage space • A second bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a double sink and a hair dryer Enjoy the 100 m² private outdoor area, featuring a beautiful year-round swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and a terrace where you can share delicious meals with family or friends, as well as lounge chairs for relaxing. For your information, the pool maintenance technician visits the property every Friday. For parking, the property has 2 private parking spaces secured by a gate.
