A comfortable, open-plan apartment for two, featuring typical and charming stone architecture, located in Cannole, a quiet village in the heart of Salento.
It sits in a courtyard just steps from the town center and Granafei Castle.
It's within easy reach of some of the area's most charming towns: the sea is about a 15-minute drive away (Otranto is 10 km away and Torre dell'Orso is 15 km away) while splendid Lecce, the capital of Salento's Baroque architecture, can be reached in about 30 minutes. The 35 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and features the following: - Small kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, mini fridge, and moka pot - Living area with sofa, dining table, TV, and split air conditioning - Sleeping area with double bed and open-plan wardrobe in an alcove - Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower. Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, hairdryer, towels, and bed linens included (with optional changes for a fee). Please note: There are a few steps separating the living area from the sleeping area. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Cannole Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in. After 9:30 pm, check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following supplements: - From 9:30 pm to 11:00 pm - Euro 25.00 - From 11:00 pm to 12:00 am - Euro 30.00 - From 12:00 pm to 1:30 am - Euro 40.00 Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Cannole in cash.
