Very bright spacious apartment, located on the sunny side of the building and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 5 min away from city center (Stephansplatz) using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)
Both bedrooms are with queen sized beds but with different mattress softness. Living rooms has large sofa with bed function smart tv. Also a small terrace is available to get some fresh air with a coffee.
Parties, or very drunk nights, or really loud and disturbing behavior is not allowed. Penalty 250€
Please smoke only on the terrace. Smoking inside leads to penalty that cost the amount of buying device for deleting the smell. Around 200€
Walking in dirty shoes is not okey, its damages a floor.
