Vita Älgen – a charming holiday home near Branäs Welcome to Vita Älgen, a very charming three-storey house of 147 m², tastefully decorated in a classical English style.
Here you will live comfortably in a warm and inviting environment that is just as suitable for an active family holiday or to relax for days with friends.
The house offers big living areas and space for up to 11 people if there are small children in the party, although recommended for 8 adults.
The fully equipped kitchen has a large dining area where the whole party can gather around meals and pleasant get-togheters.
The inviting living room let's you relax in front of a small fireplace or TV, and fast WiFi is available throughout the house.
Upstairs there are three cozy bedrooms with plenty of storage and seating.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with bunk beds with wider bottom bunks, 120cm, while the third bedroom has two single beds.
There is also a separate WC. The basement floor is your own oasis for relaxation with a cozy living room, sofas and a small fireplace.
There is also a sauna, two bathrooms with showers, a washing machine and a dryer.
For children and adults, there are several board games to hang out around after the day's activities.
The entire basement floor has comfortable underfloor heating and an heat pump that creates amazing comfort all year round.
The warm ski room also works great as extra storage space for ski equipment, hiking clothes and swimwear.
Outside, a large illuminated terrace with lounge furniture and a grill awaits, perfect for long summer evenings or some relaxing moments after the day's adventure.
The flat lawn around the house offers plenty of space for games, kubb and other activities.
For the younger guests, there is also the charming white playhouse "Skogsharen", a popular favorite located behind the house.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, final cleaning is included in the rent.
Before departure, you only need to start the dishwasher, empty the fridge and freezer, clean out the fireplace and take care of the trash - we will arrange the rest.
The accommodation is non-smoking and pet-free.
You can bring your own bed linen and towels, but they can also be rented, which needs to be booked before arrival.
Firewood is available - but you are responsible for replenishing as much as you have used.
Vita Älgen is located in Likenäs, only eight minutes from the family-friendly Branäs Ski Resort.
The location is perfect for both winter and summer activities.
Within easy reach are Långbergets Sporthotell, Trysil Ski Resort and the well-known rallycross track in Höljes.
During the summer, the Klarälven have fishing, kayaking, SUP, log rafting and swimming.
The area also offers beautiful hiking trails, waterfalls and a rich cultural life with activities all year round.
Northern Värmland is known for its magnificent nature and its unique experiences.
With a little luck, you can see both brown and white moose in the area.
