Waterfall Retreat consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, kettle, and toaster, along with a sitting room with a woodburning stove, TV with Freeview, DVD player, radio, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single with trundle. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is a multi-tiered garden with patio, decking, furniture, and a freestanding bath. Roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, a lake in 0.8 miles, and a river in 0.1 miles. Waterfall Retreat offers a characterful setting for a memorable break in North Wales. Note: There are approx. 15 steep uneven steps to the elevated sun deck – not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is a river next to the cottage – children and dogs must be supervised at all times.
