The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 80 m² flat for rent in Ax-les-Thermes, with mountain views and the ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m².
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
All rooms in the house are on one level.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully fitted open-plan kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm)
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm), TV and en-suite shower room
- A bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm)
- A bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, fold-away cot, high chair…
Outdoors:
- A garden of approximately 800 m², facing south-east and fully enclosed, shared with the first-floor flat.
Garden furniture comprising a three-seater bench, two armchairs and a coffee table.
The flat is ideally situated in Ax-les-Thermes, in a very pleasant setting.
The town centre offers access to a range of small local shops: a bakery, a butcher’s, a greengrocer’s, a chemist’s, shops selling local produce, restaurants… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (capacity: 1 vehicle).
