From the moment you arrive, the fine wood, natural stone, and meticulous finishes envelop you in a warm atmosphere—a place where you can gather and slow down. In the bright, approximately 20 m² living room, the day passes between laughter and moments of relaxation: a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a cozy living room with TV, all opening onto a large 15 m² balcony with mountain and village views. The sleeping area, designed to accommodate up to 6 people, combines privacy and comfort: * A master suite with a double bed, shower room, and private toilet, * An elegant and soothing double bedroom, * A bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children or friends. A second shower room and a separate toilet harmoniously complete this space, designed to facilitate shared living. Extras: * New residence and ideal location, * 15 m² balcony with mountain views, * Ski locker with boot dryer, * One outdoor parking space, * 700 m from the ski slopes and close to amenities Practical information: * Sheets and towels are optional and at an additional cost (can be ordered up to 3 days before arrival), * Pets not allowed.
