Our modern apartments, recently opened in 2025, are designed both for your trips to Logroño and to know the many tourist attractions that the city offers, and to provide accommodation when you need to attend business meetings, whatever option you choose, in ALAIA ROOMS we offer you what you are looking for. We are in the very center of the city, in its Old Town, surrounded by monuments and museums, in a magnificent natural environment next to the Ebro River and just a three minute walk from the famous Laurel Street, one of the best bar areas in Spain.
Anyway, if after an intense day you feel like having lunch or dinner at home, don't worry, the 17 apartments of ALAIA ROOMS have fully equipped kitchens where you can prepare the great meat, fish and vegetables that this land offers you. If in addition to cultural and gastronomic visits you need to spend working hours or simply access your social networks, you have free wifi connection.
Our spaces are designed to make you feel special, offering you an authentic and memorable experience.

Alquilamos estos apartamentos para pasar un finde semana cerca del centro de Logroño y quedamos encantados, el apartamento es precioso y precisa de todo lo necesario. Un detalle a mejorar seria un par de pastillas para el lavavajillas pero lo demás perfecto. Repetiremos!

During my short stay in Logroño, Alaia Apartamentos made me feel at home. The place is comfortable and well-kept. Everything I need in my room is available. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

100% recomendable, todo super limpio, en pleno centro pero localizado en un calle tranquila, sin nada de ruido, no le faltaba de nada al alojamiento;si volvemos repetimos sin dudarlo.
