Our modern apartments, recently opened in 2025, are designed both for your trips to Logroño and to know the many tourist attractions that the city offers, and to provide accommodation when you need to attend business meetings, whatever option you choose, in ALAIA ROOMS we offer you what you are looking for. We are in the very center of the city, in its Old Town, surrounded by monuments and museums, in a magnificent natural environment next to the Ebro River and just a three minute walk from the famous Laurel Street, one of the best bar areas in Spain.
Anyway, if after an intense day you feel like having lunch or dinner at home, don't worry, the 17 apartments of ALAIA ROOMS have fully equipped kitchens where you can prepare the great meat, fish and vegetables that this land offers you. If in addition to cultural and gastronomic visits you need to spend working hours or simply access your social networks, you have free wifi connection.
Our spaces are designed to make you feel special, offering you an authentic and memorable experience.

Apartanentos recien construidos en un edificio historico rehabilitado y certificado por AENOR como sostenible, con encanto y excelente ubicacion en una zona tranquila pero al mismo tiempo muy proxima a la zona de pinchos y actividad turistica y comercial de Logroño.

El apartamento estaba limpio, recogido y con todo lo que se puede necesitar para estar alojado unos días.
La decoración con mucho gusto y todo nuevo, el acceso tanto principal como al apartamento, también un acierto.

El piso estaba impecable, con todo detalle! Mejor imposible, tengo que destacar que está muy bien situado y la limpieza es muy buena.
Sobre la entrada mi marido lo hacía con el móvil y parecía súper fácil. Un 10
