The White House consists of a kitchen/diner with electric range oven, induction hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller, and breakfast bar, alongside a separate dining room and a sitting room with ample seating and TV. Additional living spaces include a breakfast room, conservatory, and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bedrooms comprise three king-size rooms, two with en-suite facilities featuring walk-in showers, basins, heated towel rail, and WCs, along with a family room with three single beds. There is a family bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, and basin, a first-floor cloakroom with basin and WC, and two ground-floor cloakrooms with basins and WCs.
