It is accessed by walking through the first bedroom; however, a door allows the two spaces to be clearly separated, ensuring greater privacy. - A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, mirror, and toilet, providing a comfortable space for daily use. Enjoy the 90m² fenced-in outdoor area, shared with the tenant of the ground-floor studio. There is no parking space available for this unit; however, it’s very easy to park for free on the street in front of the house.
