Designed for families and groups of friends, it offers a relaxing escape surrounded by nature, with spacious accommodation and a wide range of leisure amenities for spending quality time together. Guests have exclusive use of the entire Residence grounds.
The property includes a garden, terraces, a barbecue shelter, a fire pit, a playground, and a football field.
Guests can also enjoy a heated swimming pool, an outdoor sauna, a jacuzzi in the main house with a winter terrace, and a hot tub built into the terrace of the third house. All amenities are available at no additional cost.
Rules for using the individual amenities can be found in the respective areas. The property also provides complimentary bicycles stored in the utility building next to the entrance gate.
Free outdoor parking is available on site, along with complimentary charging for electric vehicles.
Pets are welcome with no additional fees. Guests can order breakfast for 35 zÅ per person. The property is available throughout the year and is rented exclusively to one group at a time.
