The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: – A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… – A separate toilet First floor: – A 20 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed (140×200) Second floor: – A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a pull-out bed (sleeps 2, 90×190) – A shower room Please note: the house is spread over three levels and the different floors are accessed via a spiral staircase. The house is ideally situated in Saint-Gilles, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Things to do: - Heritage & town centre: the abbey church, the canal, the marina and the Saturday market - Nature & leisure: the Gard Camargue, the Scamandre Centre, olive groves, nature reserves and cycle paths - Nearby: Arles, Nîmes, Avignon, Montpellier, the Pont du Gard, the Nîmes Amphitheatre and Les Baux-de-Provence - Saint-Gilles: a stop on the Way of St James Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest airport and railway station: Nîmes, about 15 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Further notes: - The entire property is air-conditioned, with the exception of the cellar, which has a ventilation system. - Bed linen and towels are included. - End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the property for future guests.
