A modern and spacious villa with cozy decor and a large, sheltered glazed terrace.
The terrace offers a good view of Lake Keitele. Located 75 km north of Jyväskylä, the lakeshore of Keitele is 30 m away, featuring a shallow gravel-bottomed shore and a private rowing boat.
The wooden villa was built in 2026. The combined kitchen/living room includes a sofa bed that converts into an additional bed for two (140 x 200 cm). The living room has a dining set and a heat-storing fireplace.
There are two bedrooms in the villa.
One bedroom has two motorized beds with a view of the lake.
The other bedroom has two standard beds. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine.
From the utility room, there is access to the toilet and washing facilities.
The bathroom has two showers.
The sauna is equipped with an electric heater and has a window facing the lake. The villa features a spacious glazed terrace with a sofa set, a small dining area, and a grill. During autumn 2026, the terrace will be expanded to include a hot tub (available for an additional fee). In spring 2027, a lakeside sauna will be constructed on the property.
Construction work will not occur while the villa is rented.
The construction area is secured to ensure the yard remains safe for guests. It is possible to charge an electric car at the cottage from a standard Schuco socket or a power outlet.
The renter must bring their own charging device.
Rental and costs are agreed directly with the owner.
