Discover this charming 38 m² ground-floor apartment in Paris’s 14th arrondissement, perfect for up to 4 guests.
With its tasteful decor, warm atmosphere, and unique touches—such as a SAMICK piano and a handcrafted statue—this apartment offers a setting that is functional, inspiring, and original. Space and Amenities: Sleeping arrangements: A separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a living room with a sofa bed (140x200). Living area: Living room equipped with a portable air conditioner, a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for remote work, and a piano. Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, combination oven (microwave and conventional), Nespresso machine, and a full set of kitchen utensils. Bathroom: Shower with integrated toilet. ⚠️ Specific Features and Comfort: Ventilation & Heat: The large living room window facing the street is fixed and does not open.
Despite the portable air conditioners, the apartment tends to retain heat during the summer. Noise: Located on the ground floor facing the street, the apartment may be subject to outside noise.
Earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. Transportation & Amenities: Metro: Pernety (Line 13), a 7-minute walk — Alésia (Line 4), an 8-minute walk. Bus: Line 58 (Rue Bernard stop) 3 min away — Lines 59 and N63 (Plaisance stop) 10 min away. Shops: Franprix supermarket, bakeries, and numerous neighborhood restaurants less than 5 min away on foot. Nearby attractions: Paris Catacombs: 15-minute walk (10 minutes by public transportation). Montparnasse Tower: 20-minute walk (15 minutes by public transportation). El sofá cama, al usarlo de cama era súper incómodo. No se puede descansar en el.
