The Studio @ 18 consists of a studio-style open-plan living space with a king-size bed, kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, along with a utility. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, guests can enjoy a shared garden with patio, furniture, and barbecue, while roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.2 miles, lake 1.7 miles. Note: The shared garden area is also used by the owner. Note: Barbecues must be set up on the patio area only. Note: The Kamado-style BBQ and gas cooking facilities must not be used, and use of the outdoor kitchen space is not covered by insurance.
