It measures 32 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: – A 17 m² living area with a double sofa bed (140×190), a TV and a dining area – A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob… – A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a wardrobe. – A bathroom with a bath and toilet. Outside: – A 10 m² south-facing terrace. – In high season, both winter and summer, free access to the heated outdoor swimming pool with mountain views from 2.00 pm to 6.45 pm. A hammam, sauna and fitness room are also available.
Booking required at least one day in advance. The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Jean-d’Arves, in a very quiet housing estate.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Winter activities: – The Sybelles ski area is 2 km away and accessible by shuttle bus. It is the largest ski area in the Haute Maurienne, with 310 km of slopes. Summer activities: – Hiking, mountain biking (including the Col de la Croix de Fer), horse riding and adventure trails, paragliding, mountaineering, excursions, sightseeing and swimming in the high-altitude lakes. Year-round activities: – A visit to the village of Saint-Jean-d’Arves, situated at an altitude of 1,500 metres in the Arves Valley.
The village boasts a rich cultural heritage, including its 17th-century Saint-Jean-Baptiste church.
Further information is available on the Saint-Jean-d’Arves Tourist Office website. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 vehicle). The residence is easily accessible by car or bus (shuttle service in high season) from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, situated 20 km away in the valley. The Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne TGV station is on the Paris–Turin line, with several trains a day (a 4-hour journey from Paris). To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. – Shared washing machine and tumble dryer available during high season. – Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request, at an additional cost (bookable and payable through our local partner).
