Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises the following: – A 17 m² living area with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, hobs and a washing machine… – A bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a single bed (90x190) and a wardrobe – A bathroom with a shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a portable air-conditioner that also functions as a fan and dehumidifier, and an ironing board and iron. The flat enjoys a prime location in the heart of Ax-les-Thermes, in a quiet neighbourhood.
Situated on a main road, it may be exposed to passing traffic, but its good soundproofing ensures you’ll have a comfortable stay. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: – Thermal baths, casino, pétanque court, tennis, ice skating – A wide range of sporting activities at the ski resort: hiking, cycling, skiing, tobogganing, snowboarding, snowshoeing – Lombrive Cave, 20 minutes’ drive away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Ax-les-Thermes railway station is a 5-minute walk away Other notes: – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. – Bed linen and towels are included. – End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
