The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, multi-storey house with a sauna for rent in Briançon, right in the heart of the town centre.
With a floor area of 250 m², it can accommodate up to 8 guests, just a few hundred metres from the Prorel cable car, the starting point for the slopes in the Serre Chevalier ski area. An exceptional townhouse – spacious, light and welcoming – spread over four floors and designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends. Ground floor — Wellbeing and relaxation As soon as you enter, you’ll discover a space entirely dedicated to relaxation, featuring a sauna with sleeping accommodation (a sofa bed) and a shower room (walk-in shower) with a separate toilet. First floor — A huge loft-style living space which forms the heart of the house. The generous proportions create an atmosphere that is both cosy and contemporary. - A very large, comfortable living room for getting together, with a huge TV screen and a wood-pellet stove - a lovely, large, convivial table for sharing meals; - a fully equipped kitchen with a large central island, perfect for cooking whilst mingling with guests. On fine days, the house opens out onto the outdoors via a terrace with a small garden, ideal for enjoying a relaxing moment in the fresh air. 2nd floor — A comfortable and spacious sleeping area The second floor features a huge master suite with a 160 cm queen-size bed, designed as a truly private space with a relaxation area complete with a bath, a shower, a television, a small sitting area and a walk-in wardrobe. Two further bedrooms complete this floor.
They are fitted with 160 cm queen-size beds that can be converted into two 90 cm beds, allowing the layout to be easily adapted to suit the occupants’ needs (please specify this when booking) A bathroom with a shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet, complete this sleeping area. 3rd floor — The children’s dormitory The top floor is specially designed for children, featuring a cosy dormitory with four 90 cm mattresses – an ideal space for the little ones. For families with young children, a safety gate installed at the top of the stairs ensures this floor is secure. The house is ideally situated right in the heart of Briançon, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market just two minutes from the property. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park near the house (paid car park).
